Answer this discussion question:

People under age 18 cannot vote in Canada. Do you think kids should be allowed to vote? Why or why not?

  1. Kids should not be allowed to vote because I think the parents would influence their kids to vote for who their parents are voting for. But on the other side, if kids could vote it could be good because the the kids could get into politics at a young age.

  2. I think kids should vote because kids can participate and they should be allowed. The kids should be allowed to use their voices.

  4. People should be old enough to vote because people voting at age 5 might vote the wrong person like someone who has a bad personality. People under 18 should vote but maybe not way under 18. Maybe just let kids vote, but their age should be around 18. Older kids should vote because they have their rights.
